As our hardworking crew returns from ECCC Race Weekend #1, its time to start thinking about race weekend #2 already. This weekend’s race will be in the New York Metro Area, with a circuit race happening at Rockland Lake State Park on Saturday and a crit at Rutgers on Sunday. As usual, we will keep fees for the weekend very reasonable ($30-$40 bucks).

This is a long weekend (most people have both Friday and Monday off). As a result we will probably leave Friday in the afternoon and return to Montreal on Sunday evening.

This one is sure to please.

With it being the long weekend could we try and get to NYC for a short visit?? if there is any interest

Yaaaas, but can we pls extend and to a nice NYC/central park ride? Or boozy brunch & museum? Yes?

If there’s interest some cars can stay an extra day and hang out in NYC on Monday. I’m supposed to be back in Montreal on Monday but I’m sure something can be arranged.

For all those who have bought their license late, or are planning to do so, make sure that you:

  1. Have proof of purchasing your license on hand (an email would suffice).
  2. Send info@fqsc.net an email asking for your 11 digit UCI number, as a couple of us were turned down from racing last weekend. You will get a very prompt reply.
  3. If you purchased a license from last year, and still haven’t received your new one, bring the old one along with you.

Hey Guys, so the trip fee will be set at $40 bucks for this trip if you’re coming for Saturday/Sunday or $83.10 if you’re going to NYC on Monday (providing all 5 people go to NYC).

Please get those in ASAP once you are fully confirmed.
