If anyone would like to join me for a less efficient but - in cold weather - more enjoyable form of locomotion, we could have a weekly group! Also running is great cross training to gain that extra edge over your competitors come racing season. Plausible times are Tuesday, Wednesday, or Friday mornings (when we don’t have spin sessions). Just comment if your interested!
