Hello Everyone,
Its finally here! The much anticipated winter training program you’ve been waiting for. To kick off the winter training season properly I will be hosting our first spin session this Sunday from from 9-10:30 am in the spin room at the gym.
We will use this week to begin our spin session, talk about the various techniques we will use over the winter and the type of equipment you can use. If you are interested in spinning regularly with us over the winter, I strongly recommend attending this one as I will describe how the program will work, when the sessions are, how regularly to attend them as well as to gather feedback about what everyone would like to see in the program etc.
Please bring a set of pedals and shoes if you don’t want to spin in running shoes (I will bring a pedal wrench) as well as a bottle of water and a small towel (if you are so inclined). If you have a heart rate monitor you may also want to bring it.
