Meet at 9:15 in the spin room for a little workout. A little simulated sprinting, a little simulated climbing, a little simulated fun. Not real fun because it is spinning after all. But we’ll do our best.
Bring a towel and a water bottle.
We should be done by 10:45. Go home, shower, and eat before noon. Hey, you weren’t going to do anything productive before noon on a Sunday anyway, so why not get in a workout?
Any chance an alum + his girlfriend (both race competitively in New York) could join? We’re here for weekend and craving a good workout. I believe that we could buy 2 day passes if accompanied by a registered member? Look keo pedals compatible?
I can’t comment on getting into the gym - hopefully someone will have something to say (I’ve heard they might just let you walk in if you say what you’re there for…). From a club perspective we’re happy to have you join this spin class. Unfortunately pedals are SPD, with a few Look Deltas floating around, although most people bring their own pedals from home to swap out.
It’s happening. Even if nobody had signed up, I want to do a workout, so I’ll be there. The gym opens at 9:00. After a quick change in the locker room I’ll be down at the spin room by 9:15 at the latest.
