We will still be working at engaging the entire leg in the pedal stroke to use every watt we have every revolution. This week will focus on the ability to do that in non-sustained intervals where we will be at a high intensity and spin up, or resistance up outside of our comfort range and then come back down.

I was walking and slipped on some ice and saved my self from falling by whipping my whole body around while sliding. Brittany can tell you how ridiculous I looked and should have just fallen. But I pulled the right side of my neck. I should be okay in 2 days, 100% in a about a week. Never train injured.
