New year resolution time. We’re going to have a great 2012. Start it off right by coming to spin.
Things you need to know:
The bikes have SPD mountain pedals so bring your mountain bike shoes. You may also bring your own pedals if you have a wrench.
Bring a water bottle or two.
Bring a towel.
Eat a good breakfast before coming. Good is defined by light, carb heavy, and something you are very used to. Never try a new meal before a workout.
We will be on the Bike for ~75 minutes so if you need a snack bring a snack.
The doors to the building only open at 9 so showing up early won’t help. We start the official warmup at 9:12.
