What’s going on at 9:00am?

Anyone have any ideas for a routine?

I suppose I will lead.

9:00am- get in
9:10- start warm-up
9:20-end warm-up


  1. 6 minutes on- threshold, sprinting at the top of each minute (including the first minute), coming back down to threshold

  2. 3 minutes off
    Repeat 4 more times for a total of five intervals (45 minutes total)

10:05- 1 standing interval (10 minutes), increasing some aspect of intensity (i.e. cadence, intensity, or both) every 2 minutes.

10:15- warm down and stretching.

We have the room until 11:00 I think.
So I’ll just be spinning until then and take my warm-down/stretching in the Fitness Centre’s upper levels where the exercise mats are.
