The gym opens at 9:00 Sunday morning, and a few minutes later I open the spin room. A few minutes after that we are all nice and warm and enjoying a spin workout while the rest of Montreal is fighting the cold and trying to get a workout in beneath many layers of clothing.
All levels of riders, their friends and family and casual acquaintances are encouraged to join us. Team members, club members, prospective members, whatever. If you haven’t done spinning before, we’ll take the time to get you fitted properly and accustomed to the bike. There will be music. Fitness will be maintained or enhanced. The workout will be about an hour long.
Bring running shoes or your own bike shoe/pedal combination or SPD compatible shoes. Bring a water bottle. Bring a towel.
