9:00am Sunday morning we will assemble in the spin room of the gym. By 9:15 or so we will begin an hour of sprinting, climbing, standing, dancing, and whatever else we can think of to make our hearts race and make the time pass while on the spin bikes.
Bring a towel, a water bottle, and running shoes (or your own pedal / shoe combination). I’ll bring a workout plan, a wrench, music, and a fan. (It was hot in the spin room last week).
As always, any team or club member is welcome. Also anyone who’s thinking about joining the club or team. Come check it out! You don’t have to be a great cyclist, you just have to want to get fit for spring.
