Sunday Sept 9th early ride. 7:30am--11 int-advanced

Forecast looks gorgeous for tomorrow.
The plan: 2-3 laps of the true protour circuit from 7:30-8:30 (until 9:30-10, the course is usually closed off to cars and recreational cyclist are allowed to ride on it, and at 9:30-10, they start kicking you out).
Then seaway for 1-2 out&back depending on how the group feels.
Back home around 11 to change and catch most of the action. If you want to leave earlier to see the start, go for it!

So 7:30, base of the Houde
Ride will include some intensity

printed in small font at the bottom of “Mat’s permission”: the intermediate ride leader shall not wear any form of bag on the ride, including water-carrying bags

Just teasing

With Mat’s permission, I’ll be leading a purely intermediate paced ride (i.e. slower) leaving from the base of the Houde at 7:30am doing pro-tour laps, then heading to the Seaway for an out and back ride.

just teasing = actually quite serious <3

Dress warmly, it’s definitely not a summer morning

Thou robbed me of my strength delivering water satchel. I should have mentioned that it was the source of my power.
(I felt yesterday in the legs so I ended up taking it easy and taking a recovery ride around the track and La Ronde)
