Meeting Location: Roddick gates at 8am this Sunday.
Route: Oka and around Senneville, same as what we did in the summer. About 480m of climbing mostly around Oka
Duration: Going to be a 5-6hr ride + stoppage time
Average Speed: overall average with stopping is around 30km/hr, Cruising speed is above 35km/hr
Ending: Terrasse St-Ambroise for beer and burgers
Hey I am new to the club and I was just curious about what would be the avarage speed for this ride.
It depends on who shows up. The “average speed” is misleading because it always turns out to be like 30-31, but that’s including stops.
I’d say when there’s a decent group, the average rolling speed on flats is around 37-38.
