Haven’t decided on workout yet, but it’ll probably be over-unders of some sort or another. The week after we’ll do some sprints.
Main goal of workout is to raise lactic threshold. More company?
Warm-up
210min over-unders (95% of LT steady with 30s intervals at 120% every two minutes) 5 min. recovery between intervals
25min VO2 max (110-120%) with five minutes recovery in between
Cool-down

That sounds like a great workout Eric! Just what a clunker like me needs. I might come in tomorrow morning. If I don’t, I’ll be with you guys in spirit as I ride at home (albeit a lot later in the day- notice the time at which this is posted)
