I want to go to the F1 in the afternoon tomorrow and do some hard laps with a couple easier ones in between. Also a few sprints towards the end
But if enough people sign up (6-10) we’ll all stay together and spend a few laps working on some fast pace-lining before we allow the attacks to start flying and really get a good workout.

Jocelyn Berteaud is taking a rest day tomorrow because he has a race this weekend…Not that I won’t get dropped on the first lap of that stupid RR.
