I finish a midterm on Thursday afternoon, and I’m looking to get in a stair workout. For most of us, this is the off season, so getting in a quick, non-biking strength workout can be very good. It’s also good prep for plyo, which starts up in a couple of weeks.
Meet at the intersection of rue Pins and rue Peel. I’ll be waiting at the stairs at 4:00pm. We will jog/run up the stairs to the giant winding staircase that leads up the Chalet. We will do 7-10 reps of those staircases, and then jog down the gravel path (non-stairs) back to Peel and Pins.
Hope to see you all there! This happens rain or shine. There’s no point in posting a difficulty since there’s no chance you’ll get dropped.
I’d like to come, but I have class until 4pm on Thursdays that finishes at Peel and Pine. If we could push this back, that would be awesome. If not, then I will just meet you midway through your workout.
Shit, sorry I have just been informed that I have a group meeting for a presentation tomorrow at 4. Sorry for making you change this. In future weeks though I would be down for cross training runs.
