I have had some questions regarding the duathlon so i hope to answer them now!
The Duathlon will take place on November 10th, 2007. It’s called the “Dirty Duathlon” It’s runners life who is hosting it, Dave (race coordinator) has agreed to let all of us university folks come and do it, and we’ll be sure to get the university results seperately. The reason that we are letting runners life take this over is because the Trent Tri Club is still very new with brent and i leading it, and Dave has the experience to make a great race!
To register go to www.runnerslife.ca and on the right hand side near the bottom you will see an advertisement for the Dirty Duathlon and a spot where you can register. The early entry fee applies until October 31st after that $5 will be added to the entry fees.
When registering, please make sure that each athlete specifies which university they are from, this is very important. I would suggest they enter that information in the city feild after they have put what city they are from so… Peterborough - TRENT UNIVERSITY
This way Dave and I can sort out stats and such.
