I recommend you bring pedals and shoes if you don’t want to use running shoes. The bikes at the gym have SPD pedals, so if you have SPD cleats then you don’t need to bring your own pedals. Also bring a heart rate monitor if you have one, and a LOT of water.
A quick coach’s corner moment: don’t just wolf down 3 grilled cheeses 5 minutes before coming to spinning, not that I know anyone who has ever done that of course…
