Uhh it seems like we have a split.
Unfortunately, I won’t be able to lead the class tomorrow but I hope someone can lead

Would you be able to post the workout so that we can get it done at spin tomorrow morning?

I’ll do my workout from Sunday (90 mins).
Unless we’re going to stick to our own devices, I’d be down to share the workout?

Thats the workout. It has some improvements on what I did sunday, but it was good. Plus, since this is probably the only time this week I’ll have access to a spin room, I back “givin’ 'er”!
