I saw that last one on some hokey Discovery Channel (or something like it) program called “DESTROYED IN SECONDS”.
This one is just insane.

one of the things thats so unbelievable about this vid is how stable that dude’s upper body is. his back, hips and shoulders… his technique must be perfect.
Not that’s what I"m talking about!!! We all will be doing that on Sunday.
