Hello all,
Here’s a brief overview of our winter training plans for 2017. In short, our plan is to give you the opportunity to get crazy strong so we win a lot of races. To go into more detail, we’ll have four spin sessions a week. They will be:
Mondays, 8-9am
Thursdays, 7-8am
Saturdays, 2-5pm
Sundays, 9-11am
starting Thursday the 5th of January. These spin sessions will be structured- we’ll be instructing you- in order to get the most out of the time that we have. Also there’s the possibility of Zwifting on Wednesday mornings.
Make sure when you come, you show up prepared, in order to get spinning right away! Often people have the room right after us, so we’ll need to use our time effectively. This means knowing where your pedals are, having water, etc.
