Winter Spinning Schedule

Hello Everyone,

This is a reminder that we have spinning classes scheduled every week until the end of April.

The spinning times are the following:

Wednesdays 7:00 - 8:00
Fridays 7:00 - 8:00
Sundays 9:00 - 12:00

They are always in the spinning room in the basement of the Athletics building, near the gym.

All you need to have to come is:

  1. Be an MCT member
  2. Your ID to access the gym
  3. Running / SPD shoes
  4. A bottle of water
  5. A towel

We always make a post about the spinning sessions some days before to see who is coming!
