WTB: Wheelset or front wheel and MAYBE a 56cm roadbike

So, I just lost my front wheel in a sewer grate. I either need a cheap front wheel (running 700c x23) or a relatively cheap new wheel set, as I am the brokest of broke.

Budget is $50 or much less for just the front, or $250 for a set. Of course, I am flexible for insanely awesome deals.

Could also be swayed towards a great deal on a 56cm roadbike, that is sub $500.

Any help is appreciated.

Will you need a casette too?

I do not need a casette. I have a Shimano 7spd. However, it’s has some wear, so i would not be opposed to a wheelset w/casette.

I got a front wheel for my dad’s commuter for $34 at MEC. It’s the cheapest wheel imaginable, but hey… it’s a wheel.
