Good news! I have a car!
I have room for 3 others. I plan on leaving Friday around noon, and racing both Saturday and Sunday. Will be staying in NY on Friday night and NJ on Saturday night.
Anybody want to join? I’d like to book the hotels this weekend.

If you want to save money though by doing the host housing with ECCC, someone needs to contact both these persons asap, because otherwise by Sunday night i will tell them that noone is staying with them.

I’m from UdeM and I am interested in participating in this race. At UdeM, I think that no one else will attend.
I am wondering how many car will leave, I only see MikeB car for the moment. I have my car. I was also wondering at which hotel you are planing to rest? Is everybody doing both race? No one using host housing?

Of course I’m interested to carpool with you. It will be much more interesting than traveling alone! + some saving in fuel.

Would anyone prefer to take advantage of host housing to save a few bucks?
We will be doing Host Housing Saturday night. We were told that nothing was available for Friday night so we will be booking a hotel sometime soon hopefully.

Good for host housing on Saturday night. I confirm my presence this weekend, if you are booking the Friday night hotel for everybody you can count me in.

I’m going too and have myself a car. Here’s my schedule:
I’m heading down friday AM: probably around 8:30am.
Coming back Sunday, around noon.
I Will be racing twice on the Saturday. Once for Cat P1/2 and then again for the A crit. Not planning to race on Sunday.
I am staying with a friend who lives in NYC both friday and saturday nights so will not be doing ECCC or hotel housing. I can offer rides only.
For those looking for a place to stay in Manhattan for the friday night i highly recommend looking up the YMCA hostel in central park. It’s very close to the race site and they have rooms with 4 bunks for around 180 bucks.
